Return & Exchange Instructions

Please email us at and let us know what your request is.  If it's an exchange let us know your name, order number, which item that you bought you are exchanging and what you would like to exchange with.
Please DO NOT send back your item without emailing us first and requesting an RMA number.  Your refund and/or exchanges will be denied if you have not contacted us fist and recieved an RMA number.

After we have received your request, we will initiate the process and you will be notified via email.  Please wait until you recieve the verification email and instructions first before proceeding.

Exchanges & Refunds

We will exchange any items you have purchased from us, for up to 30 days after you receive your order, unless otherwise specified here or on the product page.  Items that we are final sale no exchanges or returns on the product page do not qualify for exchanges or returns under any circumstances.

We will issue a refund for any items you have purchased from us unless marked (no returns or exchanges on the product page at time of purchase) that is in the ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED CONDITION  for any reason for 30 days after you receive your order   Please send an email to, requesting a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number).   Please include your Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Order Number (and correct size instructions if you are exchanging). 

Please do not ship any items back without receiving an RMA Number, where to ship the item to and instructions
 FIRST.  WE WILL NOT RECEIVE and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND or EXCHANGE your item without an RMA Number and correct shipping instructions. 


1)  Any special order items, engraved items, special sized products specifically ordered for you, are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

A) All attachable nipples
B) All panties
C) Items that have been worn
D) Swimsuits without panty liners
E) Any item that has had it's tags removed

2)  If you have received FREE Shipping or have paid for shipping with your order then you are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges back to you (unless we have made a mistake with the order and have sent you the wrong item).  If you have received FREE shipping or have paid for shipping with your oder and request a refund, the refund amount will be the total amount paid minus the original shipping cost.

3) In order for us to accept a return or exchange, you must return the items in it's original box or packaging as it was shipped to you.


A restocking fee of 10% of product prices minus shipping applies to all orders returned and not exchanged.
