Return Policies
We're here to serve you and want your shopping experience to be great. There are different return policies for products and for clothing. Because the return policy may differ from product to product, please review the Return Policies below for both products and clothing.
Return policy for products & clothing:
Some products that are sold through eMastectomy have specific return and/or exchange policy that may be viewed on the product page. A link to the Return Policy is also provided on all order confirmations that is e-mailed to you. Because the return policy may differ from product to product, please read and review the specific return policy associated with each product that you choose. Please note any personal products, specifically clothing that has been used will not be refundable after 7 days of recieving the product.
Returning and exchanging products:
* To return an item you must send us an email at returns@emastectomy.com" to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.
* A returned item must be included in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. If it is not returned with packaging and accessories then the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
* Items returned for credit are subject to inspection prior to refunding. Any item returned damaged due to improper packaging by customer will not be refunded.
If you are returning a product for an exchange based on your own ordering error (or any other reason) you are required to pay for shipping the item back to us and to ship the new product to you. If we have made an error in sending you the product or the product was received was damaged or inoperable, you are required to pay for the shipping back and we will pay for shipping the new/exchange product to you.
If you have received FREE Shipping on your order or paid for shipping and return your products for a refund, you will refunded minus the original shipping cost (usually $10 unless for multiple items then it would be more).
NOTE: After you have received an RMA, please place your RMA# sheet in the return package AND write your RMA number legibly on the return label and the outside of the box. Return the entire package to:
