We have never had a customer report fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us.

notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own, the credit card provider finds credit card fraud but does not completely waive your liability, eMastectomy.com will reimburse you for the remaining liability up to a maximum of US $50.00. This guarantee applies to credit card purchases made using eMastectomy.com's secure server.
We do not sell your email or any other personal information to any other entity. If you have agreed to receive correspondence from us, we may from time to time email you special promotions, new products or news about our company.

Shipping For Domestic Destinations:
eMastectomy.com is proud to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more to the 48 contiguous United States on all in-stock orders.
If you are not located in the 48 contiguous States you must choose UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air.
Depending on your location, delivery from our Southern California shipping warehouse can range from 2-10 days from the date of shipment. If you need an item delivered faster, select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air delivery when you are placing your order. The amount of freight will automatically be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form at checkout. Any Order below $100 will be charged a $10 fee for ground shipping.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday) if the products you have ordered are in stock.
Free ground shipping is not applicable to the non-continental states of Alaska and Hawaii and other bordering US territories. Freight charges for these areas vary depending on the package weight, your location and the shipping method you've selected.
International Shipping:
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. For International shipments, customer will be responsible for all additional shipping fees, including duties and tariffs. Please contact Sales@emastectomy.com prior to ordering if you are an international customer.

- Free Shipping On Orders Above $100 - Your order will generally be delivered within 2-10 business days via FEDEX ground. Orders under $100 will be charged a $10 fee. By adding additional items, FREE FEDEX shipping can be guaranteed.
- UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery - Your order will be delivered within 2 business days from the date your order left our warehouse and was shipped.
- UPS Next Day Air Delivery - Your order will be delivered within the next business day it left our warehouse and was shipped.
Additional Shipping Notes:
FEDEX cannot deliver to a PO box. We require a street address for all orders with the exception of rural areas where there is no other option. Failure to provide a street address can delay the processing of your order.
We do ship to APO and FPO shipping address. We use FEDEX Ground and UPS AIR, the amount of freight will automatically be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form at checkout.
